City Centre Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic centrally located in Edmonton, inside World Health Gym – City Centre and is comprised of like-minded therapists who strive to help you achieve your wellness goals. Our focus is on improving people’s quality of living by reducing pain, emotional tension and stress. This is achieved by improving body awareness and supporting individuals on their path to optimal health and wellness. We seek not only to resolve your current health issues, but also to prevent future illnesses with a proactive approach to support your well-being.

Whether searching for a way to deal with the stresses of daily life, relief from a medical condition or if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, we provide treatments and services for those who value their health and well-being and seek support in sustaining positive lifestyle changes.

Research has shown that people who are stressed are more prone to health problems. Massage Therapy has the ability to help the body cope with stress by physically stretching muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Regular Therapeutic Massage Therapy helps alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.

Contact us today to schedule an appointment and kick-start your way to better health!

City Centre Wellness is a supporter of local businesses such as Massage Supply Outlet. All of our massage supplies including tables & linens are locally (Canadian) made.

“The root of all health is in the brain

The trunk of it is in emotion

The branches and leaves are the body

The flower of health blooms

When all parts work together”

Before Dr. Henry Tso became a chiropractor, he used his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta to help people achieve their wellness and fitness goals as an exercise therapist and personal trainer. Henry went on to attended Chiropractic College at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. During his schooling, he has become proficient in the use of a variety of soft tissue therapies, rehab exercises, as well as chiropractic adjustments. Henry grew up playing many sports, including hockey, baseball, and golf, and has a keen interest in helping patients with their sports performance goals. He also has experience with treating everyone from infants, and toddlers, to the elderly population.

Chiropractic to me is a way of helping people. A lot of people think that chiropractors just adjust and align the spine, but I believe it is much more than that. Chiropractic is not only about treating the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, muscles, ligaments), but chiropractic adjustments also have an impact on the nervous system (brain, spinal cord) and can change how the brain perceives the rest of the body. By being able to restore optimal function to ones body, the body can now heal with less compensation and/or the nervous system can now effectively utilize a fully functioning body for sport or daily living.
