DAY #1
GINGER AID
- 1 ½ cups spinach
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large pear, cored and seeded
- 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
- 1-wash and prep all ingredients
- 2-juice all ingredients
DAY #2
BERRY PROTEIN POWER
Makes 2 Servings
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 ½ cups non-dairy milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 1 cup kale, leaves only, tightly packed
- 1-wash and prep all ingredients
- 2-blend and serve
DAY #3
GREEN ME UP
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup pineapple cubes
- 1 Bosc pear, cored and seeded
- 2 leave swiss chard
- 2 leaves kale
- ¼ cup parsley, leaves and stems, tightly packed
- 1 cucumber
- 1-wash and prep all ingredients
- 2-juice all ingredients
DAY #4
PEACHY GREEN
Makes 2 Servings
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds, ground
- 1 ½ cups non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 cup swiss chard (about 2 large leaves) washed, stems removed, torn to pieces, tightly packed.
- 1-wash and prep all ingredients
- 2-blend till smooth and serve
DAY #5
IMMUNE BOOST
Makes 2 Servings
- 4 large carrots
- 2 navel oranges, peeled
- ½ inch piece turmeric root
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1-wash and prep all ingredients
- 1-juice all ingredients

POPEYE SMOOTHIE

- 1 large banana, frozen
- ¾ cup mango cubes, frozen
- 2 cups spinach, tightly packed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 2/3 cups non-dairy milk of choice
- 1-wash and prep all ingredients
- 2-blend and serve

BRIGHTEN & LIGHTEN

- 1 large granny smith apple
- 1 cup spinach, leaves and stems, tightly packed
- 1 cucumber
- 2 leaves swiss chard
- 2 stalks celery
- ½ cup cilantro, leaves and stems, tightly packed
- ¼ lemon, peeled
- 1-wash and prep all ingredients
- 2-juice all ingredients
